GENTLE WHOLE CLUSTER PRESSED. NO YEAST, ACID OR ENZYMES ADDED. WINE MATURED FOR 10 MONTH IN NEUTRAL OLDER FRENCH OAK BARRELS. WINE IS UN-FINED WITH COARSE FILTRATION.
When I decided to get married I could not afford an engagement ring. I then made the maiden vintage of this wine to sell in order to pay for the ring. Therefore this wine is named in honour of my ever supportive wife, Lindi Carien Lourens.
