Dark pum epicentre with a ruby red rim. Initital subtle entry of ripe plum fruit, showing cool climate origin in a white pepper bouquet. Layered and identifying its personality in hinta of truffle and dark fruit nuances. Well used French oak preserving the fruit dominance. Full and textured with a lush and rounded mouth feel and a lingering finish.
