Wild fermentation, punch downs 4 times a day, wine kept on skins a week after fermentation. Pressed and went to old barrels for 9 months. The wine is kept very pure to express Old bush vine Grenache

Vinification
The grapes are harvested at Tierhoek, and then fermented for 2 weeks on the skins. 2. Once the fermentation has ended, the wine is then pressed and transferred to wooden barrels. 3. After 6 months the wine is blended and filtered clean.
