Cabernet Sauvingnon

This noble grape variety is grown in almost all of the regions of the Cape, but most extensively in Stellenbosch and Paarl. In recent years, Cabernet has become our most widely planted red variety and accounts for over a quarter of the vineyards planted to red wine grapes in the country with the Stellenbosch region staking a claim to producing the best quality Cabernets and owning this varietal in their regional positioning.
